Sam began Muay Thai at the age of 17 to get fit, but the sport swiftly took over his life! He's spent many hours on the mats leading successful adult and children Muay Thai programmes. Sam recently returned from a year of training and fighting out of the globally renowned Phuket Fight Club in Thailand.
