Meet Coach Megs
Megs is a qualified fitness professional with Certificate III & IV in Fitness and a certified Pilates instructor, bringing a deep passion for health, movement, and helping others feel strong in their bodies. At Adelaide Muay Thai Fight & Fitness, she leads our high intensity interval HIIT classes and women’s Muay Thai sessions, both designed to build confidence, improve technique, and boost overall strength in a fun and inclusive environment.
Megs is especially passionate about introducing women to Muay Thai, believing it’s one of the most empowering and unique ways to train, not just physically, but mentally too. Her coaching style focuses on teaching proper technique, creating a space where women can move with purpose, push their limits, and feel proud of what their bodies can do.
